User Research & Insight

  • Independently plan and run studies (interviews, usability tests, A/B experiments); synthesize findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Use quantitative data (metrics, funnel analysis) to validate designs and iterate toward business objectives.

  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and cross-team facilitation (experience presenting to executive audiences is a plus).

  • Strategic Thinking: You translate complex business objectives into clear design roadmaps, fill gaps with minimal direction, and influence product vision by presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaboration & Influence: You set the standard for cross-functional partnership, driving alignment through clear communication, consensus-building sessions, and shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Process Efficiency & Autonomy: You continuously refine design processes—mentoring peers and teaching non-designers—while confidently owning deliverables end-to-end with minimal oversight.
